Return Policy
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your order up to seven days after receipt of your goods. Cancellation of an order must be made in writing to us (letter or email). We will refund the cost of your order.
Returns
If you cancel your order for whatever reason we will refund the cost of your order. We expect you to return, at your cost, any book/s you received. If you do not return them we reserve the right to charge you the cost of the book/s. The online access portion of any package does not attract a delivery charge. On cancellation we will de-activate your code.
